Product Introduction
This machine is designed for processing a wide range of wire shapes and offers two operational modes: automatic current compensation and pneumatic compensation. The mode can be flexibly selected based on on-site requirements.
It features variable frequency speed control, memory function, secondary suction for the polishing motor, and easy grinding wheel replacement with a 30mm diameter tool shaft. The machine supports both continuous and intermittent feeding, and includes an electric pressure rod as well as separate manual and automatic operation options.
With electric forward and backward adjustment, it is capable of grinding various types of stones, including microcrystalline stone, accommodating different sizes and thicknesses. The maximum processing speed reaches up to 3 meters per minute.
All steps from shaping to polishing are completed in a single pass, delivering a finish with higher brightness than the original slab surface.
